Het college verzorgt voor ruim 16.000 jongeren en volwassenen beroepsonderwijs op middelbaar niveau.
Bij Deltion werken ruim 1.200 mensen in onderwijsgevende en -ondersteunende functies.

Het Deltion College is een overzichtelijke organisatie. Alle opleidingen zijn samengevoegd in elf clusters. Elk cluster bestaat uit een aantal opleidingsteams, ieder met een eigen sfeer en een vaste groep docenten. Door deze decentrale opzet heeft iedere student een eigen stamgroep en een eigen docententeam.
